CTO - Uldis Kalnins: PhD of Thermal Physics with more than 30 years experience in engeneering of equipment and automation for wastewater industry. Deep knowledge of waste water and sludge treatment processes and solutions.

CRO - Vilcek Sergey: Ph.D., engineer, development and production of non-standard equipment, work experience - more than 15 years.

CPO - Teimur Abdullaev: Experience in technological scientific start-ups. Sales of exclusive equipment in international markets. Successful cooperation with state/private partners and investors.

CBDO - Alexander Palitov: 12 years of business development, building partner channels and sales management in multinational corporations

CIPO - Alexander Kvashnin: IP expert with years of experience. Author of various patents

Christian Kabbe

PhD in environmental and analytical chemistry. He started his professional career as head of R&D and production manager in the chemical industry back in 2003. At the German EPA he was involved in various topics related to wastewater management, resource efficiency including phosphorus recovery and recycling

Nikolai is the Founder and Visionary of Commercialization Reactor, and entrepreneur in-residence. He is an experienced business angel and entrepreneur.
